Location: West of Sepulveda, South of Manhattan Beach Boulevard and Ardmore Blvd to the West.
Lot Size: Irregular, many large ocean view lots on the ocean side. On the city side, many of the lots are 50’x150’, 50’x144’, and 40’x144’. (4,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft lots).
Height Limit: 26’, two stories, possible basement.
Ocean Side: Well located new houses sell for 3.5M to 7.0M. Others may sell as low as 2.5M.
City Side: Well located new houses sell for 2.5M to 4.0M.
